Class Description

NOTE: This workshop is two parts * Friday Jan 23 from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm * Saturday Jan 24 from 12:30 pm to 4:00 pm Start creating beautiful script with with our Calligraphy for Beginners workshop. Perfect for those with no prior experience, our workshop will quickly get you on your way with basic stroke technique as we master one classic calligraphy font together. This workshop will give you a strong foundation for your calligraphy journey. If you've tried calligraphy before, but quit in frustration, this class is for you. Starting from the very beginning, we will break down every technique, and address common hurdles. If you've always wanted to learn this ancient and graceful form of writing, this is your chance. A custom workbook and calligraphy pen will be provided, you don't need to bring anything with you! This workshop will be held at Create Red Deer, the scrapbooking store in Conquest Business Park (Capstone): Unit C5 5580 - 45 Street, Red Deer, Alberta
